Golden Citrus Grove begins with a robust foundation of Assam black tea, rich and malty. To this we add:

1 tsp per cup (8 oz)
200–212°F water (a rolling boil)
Steep 3–4 minutes for a bright cup, 5 minutes for a stronger infusion.

For Southern-Style Sweet Tea with a Twist
4 tsp per gallon
200–212°F water (a rolling boil)
Fill a serving pitcher 2/3 of the way full
Steep 20-30 minutes, depending on how strong you want the tea to be
Add 2 cups of sugar per gallon and stir into the tea while still hot
Fill the rest of the pitcher with ice and let cool in the refrigerator for 20-30 minutes
Serve with ice
